Free activities include the lake with its pirate ship, a mini commando assault course, slides, climbing frames and rope swings.
Paid activities include an indoor bouldering centre, water zorbs, a zip wire, high ropes course, kayaking and canoeing. You buy tickets from the main house. These paid attractions are packaged under the name 'Dare Devils' and sold at the CRS Adventures desk at the main house within the River Dart Country Park. All the activities we tried were supervised by instructors.
Note that you can also book day experiences with CRS Adventures. These experiences include rock climbing on Dartmoor, caving and canoeing on the River Dart away from the country park.
There are woodland and river walks, a restaurant and shop.
