The John Musgrave Heritage Trail runs from Maidencombe (visit Maidencombe Beach whilst you're there) north of The English Riviera and arcs around to Brixham in the south.
Attractions along its route include the stunning ruin of Berry Pomeroy Castle, Totnes Castle, sections of the River Dart and Estuary and The Golden Hinde (Devon).
The John Musgrave Heritage Trail hooks up with the South West Coast Path at its beginning and end.
