Bee Sands (Beach), Torcross, South Devon

Long shingle beach with pub and beach cafe

Bee Sands (Beach) is a long shingle beach towards the southern section of Start Bay.

The beach backs onto the pretty coastal village Beesands. There's plenty of parking available behind Bee Sands (Beach) although we'd recommend walking in on the South West Coast Path as the area's a treat.

The Cricket Inn and Britannia at The Beach beach cafe sit behind Bee Sands (Beach).

Slapton Sands (Beach) and Blackpool Sands (Beach) are to the north. Hall Sands (Beach) and Start Point are to the south.

We'd also suggest you explore Slapton Ley National Nature Reserve by Torcross. Don't miss the Torcross Sherman Tank.

Bee Sands (Beach) is within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Salcombe and the Salcombe Kingsbridge Estuary are to the west and south west. Dartmouth is to the north east.
