Many argue that this is the most beautiful stretch of railway line in the country. Also known as the 'Riviera Line' owing to the route it takes from Exeter down the River Exe and Estuary, past Dawlish Warren Beach and Teignmouth on its way to Newton Abbot before heading to either The English Riviera or Plymouth/Cornwall.
