Labrador Bay, Shaldon, South Devon
Superb coastal walking and views
Labrador Bay is located between the mouth of the Teign Estuary at Teignmouth/Shaldon and Babbacombe. It's a beautiful, very hilly and wooded section of coastline that's unlike anything else on the South Devon coast.
There's a large car parking area towards the centre of the coastline overlooking the bay.
Walk north of this car parking area on the South West Coast Path to get to the classic South Devon viewpoint of the red cliffs around Teignmouth. This viewpoint is above Smugglers Cove by Bundle Head and Shaldon Golf Course.
It's also home to Labrador Bay RSPB Nature Reserve.
