Lovely Plymouth beach below Jennycliff on the east coast of Plymouth Sound
Jennycliff Beach is a rock, shingle and coarse sand beach on the east coast of Plymouth Sound. It sits below Jennycliff and Jennycliff Cafe. The views from the cliffs above the beach are awesome. There are plenty of benches below Jennycliff Cafe from which to enjoy the view.
Note that there's a large car parking area behind the beach. We'd recommend visiting via the Mount Batten/Plymouth ferry that runs from Plymouth Barbican Landing Stage which is located in front of the Mayflower Steps by the Mayflower Visitor Centre on Plymouth Barbican.
