A long embankment lines the west side of the River Dart and Estuary in Dartmouth. It's arguably the best place to people watch in South Devon.
Given its length, Dartmouth Embankment is split into two. North Embankment pushes up to Dartmoor Higher Ferry by the Dart Marina Yacht Harbour. South Embankment runs down to Dartmouth/Kingswear Lower Ferry.
