Brixham Breakwater Beach is a pebble beach on the east side of Brixham Breakwater.
There's a cafe and facilities behind the beach.
We'd recommend wandering around the side of Brixham Marina and Outer Harbour to get to the beach. There's limited parking at Breakwater Car Park behind the beach.
Continue east on the South West Coast Path and you come to Shoalstone Outdoor Pool.
Provides exceptional views across Tor Bay.
